Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

  • During new product launches, promotions, or holiday periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information (where available).

UK Shipping

We offer shipping throughout the United Kingdom.

Standard Delivery

  • Estimated delivery: 2–5 business days after dispatch.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your selected delivery option.

International Shipping

We currently only ship to selected international destinations.

Delivery times vary depending on the destination and local customs procedures. International customers may be responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their country. These charges are not included in your order total and must be paid by the recipient.

Tracking Your Order

If tracking is available for your shipment, you will receive a tracking number by email once your order has been dispatched.

Delays

Incorrect Shipping Information

Aerulon cannot be responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to update your details before your order is dispatched.

Lost or Damaged Parcels

If your order arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the courier to investigate the issue and help resolve it as quickly as possible.
